Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • All products delivered are original and, if applicable, come with the official brand warranty.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, expired, or does not match its description, you can request a replacement/exchange within 24 hours.

  • If the parcel is opened, damaged, or missing items, please inform us immediately.

  • Return is only possible for unopened products. Opened products are only returnable if a fault is found.

  • If a fault is falsely claimed on a non-faulty product, shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any courier service to return the product.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for purchased products are not provided.

  • Faulty products will be replaced with a new one within a few days.

  • Alternatively, you can receive a voucher for the product value to buy any other item from our store.

  • To claim a voucher, you must contact us directly with your order details.
