Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. How do I place my order?
A.

Click on the product you want to buy.
Click on “Add To Cart” option.
You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different products and adding them to the cart.
After that, click “Cart” on the menu bar.
Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout”.
Fill all the billing details and check Order details (including total cost).
Click on the “Order place” button below the form.
Hence, your order is placed and you will get a confirmation email of your order details.
You can receive your order in Cash On Delivery (COD) method.

Q. How do I cancel an order on Uniflex.pk?
A. To cancel your order, login to your account. For guest users, you can call our helpline during office hours to cancel your orders. You can also cancel your order during the final confirmation call.

Q. What is your returns policy?

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. For refund policy, visit the “Refund Policy” page.

Q. What is your shipping cost?
A. Our shipping cost is Rs 250/-.

Q. Which service do you use for shipping?
A. We use ShipX Courier Services for shipping.

Q. What is your time to deliver?
A. We deliver in 2-3 working days after the confirmation call.

Q. How to order an out-of-stock product?
A. You can pre-order any product that is out of stock by contacting us through call or email.

Q. How to get free shipping on my order?
A. For orders over Rs 4999, there is an option to select "FREE SHIPPING" (except Flash Sale products).
